OMG i cannot believe all of this is finally over. phew. this week has been so hectic its unbelievable. first, the stupid lenghas didn't wanna come so i made a new lengha to wear to the dance cos there was no time to wait anymore. and what do you know? on saturday morning, at 12nn sharp. i get a phone call from erwin... the lenghas had come and they were so PRETTY they were gorgeous beyond gorgeous :( and they came with matching bangles and jewellery sets. ARGH so once ahnu's mom came back from the church wedding, we rushed to arab street to get the linings and begged the tailor to sew them for us. she agreed...reluctantly. she didn't promise us anything though. so from her place, we rushed to mcdonalds to get some lunch and went back to ahnu's place... then we showered... and went to do our hair and look prettyful :D and then we practiced with the skirts.. it was a nightmare.. mine was too long i was falling everywhere. but oh well. then we had to get ready... and the worst part was... the fucking ****** *** very funny incident tape and all. LOL. and we rushed to the four seasons.. we were already late. and on the way there, the tailor called us up and said she couldnt finish the lenghas on time.. so we were panicking like all hell. and ahnu's mom said to just finish up my black one and i'll just wear that.. since ahnu and dal already had their older ones and that was solved. the wedding was pretty grand. we got lots of photos taken. and the coolest part was, there was this photo guy who would take photos and then print them on the spot for you... it was really cool. the food was shit btw. mushrooms with feta cheese and asparagus? ew. anyways, after a bit, we went and got changed. and found out that my black top was sewn crooked and my skirt was WAY too long. soo ahnu's mom and auntie jo had to pin it up with safety pins. THANK GOD for that. and the top wasnt so noticable so oh well. then we practiced with them and then we were on stage doing our thing it was so scary at first. but once i was on there, i was fine. it felt gd. :D and everyone was cheering for us. felt like a celebrity. :D and after the dance, everyone was comin up to us and saying how we were really gd. one lady even asked dal if she was in a dance school! lol. it was pretty cool. anyways, after that we got changed back into our dresses. and had the main course which was fish. it was pretty gd. then we had dessert. which was prolly the best. CHOCOLATE CAKE YUMMYLICIOUS and the tension was all gone :D YAYNESS auntie pris gave us $50 each for the dance :D and the bride and groom... $28 O_O CHEAPOS! ugh. its cool. and we played around with the little kids for the rest of the night.. throwing rose petals at each other. it was really fun. and watchin drunk people... even more fun. haha there was one guy.. he just sat next to me and started patting me on the head calling me 'sweety' it was quite funny to watch. and then he started talking about tasmania to me and then he made his other drunk friends do a toast to me, dal and ahnu for the dance. really funny. and yeahhh it was cool. then we waited for ahnu's mom to finish talking which was like FOREVER lol ahnu's poor dad. oh well. we left at about 1 30am so tired and went straight to bed.. not before getting the tape off LOL.
